Foundation

Dear Friends of the Foundation,

Thank you for your continued support of the KCHF Annual Golf Tournament. Whether you volunteered your time, donated a prize for the raffle, purchased raffle tickets, golfed on a team, donated giveaways for our goodie bags, sponsored a hole, or sponsored the tournament your contribution is greatly appreciated. If you missed the tournament and still want to help or you simply want to be part of the foundation's mission to support quality healthcare close to home you don't need to wait until next year's tournament to donate.

Foundation dollars are used throughout the year for education of community and staff, recruitment of medical professionals, the latest technology and equipment, and much more. This year the foundation sponsored a community diabetes cooking class and co-sponsored a community mental health first aid class. We have purchased a cleanable toy box for the hospital ER waiting room and a sofa table for the Admissions area. The table is dedicated to information about the foundation and Memorials made in honor of loved ones. We are also currently in the process of assisting the hospital in the recruitment of a new physician.

Your dollars are vital to the success and growth of our foundation and the health of our community. The easiest way to donate is to mail a check to the KCH Foundation, 750 West D Ave, Kingman, KS 67068. Thank you for your consideration.

Sincerely,

Leslie D. Schrag
